Reese Witherspoon and beau Jake Gyllenhaal take her kids, Ava, 9, and Deacon, 5, to the Elton John and Billy Joel concert held on Saturday night (August 1) at Citizens Bank Park in Philadelphia, Penn.
Deacon had the best view in the house, sitting stop Jake’s shoulders. During the 3-1/2 hour show, Elton dedicated the song “Tiny Dancer” to Reese, saying, “Reese, this one’s for you, girl.”
The happy family danced to “Crocodile Rock” with Reese and Jake bumping their hips together.
Reese is in town shooting the not-yet-titled James L. Brooks movie.

Ryan Phillippe ran errands in LA on Tuesday with Ava and his little Eagles fan Deacon. He had lots of time with his kids while Reese was off filming in DC, and now it's his turn for a new project. Ryan's rumored to be in talks to star in a big screen adaption of the SNL skit MacGruber, the latest in a long line of movies that started as sketches on the show. The couple caught some of the big acts that performed today, which may have included Joss Stone, Paolo Nutini, M.I.A, The Killers, Superchunk, James Morrison and/or The Chemical Brothers.
Reese is attached to a film project called Nice. According to Variety, she’ll play a magazine writer who accidentally kills her boyfriend. She finds a way to get rid of the body and discovers that killing boyfriends is easier than breaking up with them.
