For the last few years, there has been little mystery in who would win the award for Vocal Duo of the Year. Taking home the trophy 14 times, Brooks & Dunn have been an unstoppable force in the category. ...and then came Sugarland . Becoming one of the fastest-rising acts in country music, they truly deserve the honor, which they proved in their performance immediately following the win. An awe-inspiring rendition of "Stay," moved the audience to a standing ovation, and left this act one not to be surprised by in 2008.
